How I work

From idea to working system, in three steps

I sell certainty, not code. We start small and only scale up what proves its value.

Step 1

Validate - Proof of Concept

A working prototype in weeks. You test a real demo, not a slide deck, and get a clear go / no-go with cost and ROI.

Step 2

Build - Production system

Once the PoC proves value, I build the robust scalable system and plug it into your tools.

Step 3

Support - Keep it working & find what's next

Monitoring, improvements, and the next automation opportunity.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do we start working together?

Every project starts with a free 30-minute call. You describe the process you want to fix, I tell you whether AI is the right tool for it and what it would take to build. If it is not a good fit, you will hear that on the same call.

How much does an AI project cost?

It depends on scope, but almost every engagement starts with a small proof of concept instead of a large upfront commitment. You see a working prototype and real numbers on cost and ROI before deciding whether to build the full system.

How long until I see something working?

A proof of concept usually takes two to four weeks. Production systems typically ship in four to ten weeks, depending on how many of your existing tools need to be connected.

What if I am not sure AI can help my business?

That is the most common starting point. Bring the process that eats the most manual hours and we will look at it together on the call. You get a straight answer, not a pitch.

Do you work with companies outside Poland?

Yes. I work remotely with clients across Europe and the US, in English or Polish.

Do I own the system you build?

Yes. You own the code and everything runs on your accounts and infrastructure. I can stay on for monitoring and improvements, but you are never locked in.
