Case studies
Ideas turned into working systems
Each case follows the same arc: a real problem, what I built to solve it, the result, and what it proves about how I work.
AI Audit · Any company with repetitive back-office work
AI Audit - the deliverable is a shorter list, not a longer one
- Problem
- Companies decide what to automate before anyone has looked at the actual work. The idea comes from a conference talk or a competitor's press release, the budget follows, and six months later there is a pilot nobody uses and no way to tell whether it failed on the tech or on the choice.
- Result
- A roadmap of typically two to three funded projects out of eight to twelve candidates, each with an owner, a cost estimate, and a number that tells you whether it worked.
Voice AI implementation service · SMB phone lines
AgenciGlosowi.pl - implementing Polish voice AI agents that turn missed calls into booked appointments
- Problem
- Service businesses lose customers on the phone in two ways: calls that nobody picks up at peak hours or after hours, and online bookings that get abandoned because nobody was there to confirm them. Neither shows up in any dashboard, and without a CRM record the owner never even learns who called.
- Result
- Deployed agents answer every call including after hours, no lead is lost because each one lands in the client's CRM, and clients see +34% more booked appointments - the only metric that actually pays.
B2B marketing team · Video repurposing & social publishing
Shorts pipeline - one recording in, a week of posts out, four platforms, no editing days
- Problem
- A three-person marketing team recorded a 50-minute webinar every week, then spent a day and a half turning it into four or five shorts and getting them onto four platforms by hand. Clips went out late, the cadence broke whenever someone took holiday, and two years of recordings sat in a folder nobody ever opened.
- Result
- A day and a half of a three-person team's week became half an hour of reviewing a queue. A 50-minute recording turns into 8-15 captioned, platform-ready candidates in about 20 minutes unattended, weekly output went from 16-20 hand-published posts to around 30, and two years of unused recordings finally got processed.
Real estate · Inbound calls & appointment booking
Voice AI agent - 60 seconds from ring to booked viewing
- Problem
- Ready-to-buy leads call during business hours and nobody picks up. Out of 15 real-estate companies I called, 9 went to voicemail, 4 were answered by someone mid-job who wrote my number on a piece of paper, and only 2 ended with an actual appointment in a calendar.
- Result
- A real call handled end to end in 60 seconds: appointment booked, agent notified by SMS with every detail, no voicemail and no callback needed.
Own product · E-commerce / DTC sellers
ShotsFlowAI - studio-quality product shots without a studio
- Problem
- Small e-commerce sellers need clean, studio-quality product photos but can't afford a photographer or a shoot for every SKU.
- Result
- A live product (shotsflowai.com) that produces usable studio-style images in seconds with set of predefined filters.
