🤔 Why I’ve created this ebook?
To be honest, I’ve never worked in an office. It took me a while to figure out how to maintain a solid work-life balance while working remotely.
At first, I was super productive 🚀 — I could crush tasks, close my laptop, and dive into life. But I pushed myself too hard, and it led to a total burnout.
Burnout hit me hard. I kept remembering how easy it once was to launch a side project or write a blog post, but suddenly, even simple tasks felt impossible. It was devastating for my career, my health, and my confidence.
I knew I had to find a way to prevent that from happening again.
So, I started experimenting with tips and strategies for remote work, seeking a balance between being productive and staying energized. I tested, failed, refined, and eventually built a system that worked.
To stay on track, I documented everything into a checklist — a go-to guide to make sure I’d never burn out again.
